We’ve narrowed it down to our two favourites; Carbon for that concrete look or Frost White to keep it clean. If you’ve chosen a high gloss white kitchen we recommend going with Carbon for a bit of contrast. For matte black or ash kitchens either choice will suite nicely.

FLOORING - STONECAST VINYL PLANK
Extremely durable and 100% water resistant, luxury vinyl plank is the material of choice throughout all of our units. Stonecast is a solid plastic core (SPC) product with a 12 mil wear layer and attached 1.5mm EVA foam backing. SPC allows for the product to be installed in applications from -40c to +65c.
PRIMCO - Latitude YVR #49.2
This flooring selection has a light warm wash feeling to it, with warm tones. It pairs well with all three millwork combinations, but especially well with the Matte Black option.
PRIMCO - Latitude YYC #51.0
This flooring selection is warm and dark. Lighten it up against the White Oak or High Gloss White option.

H SERIES Corrugated corten steel painted with industrial 2 coat epoxy paint.
M SERIES 4’ x 8’ sheets of hardie panel siding painted with industrial 2 coat epoxy paint.
Exterior soffits from locally sourced Canadian cedar. Double pane insulated low-e black fibreglass windows/patio doors.
